This month, Lightyear emplyees are following Dutch language courses with the aim of further improving and developing their language skills. Mastering the Dutch language contributes to the integration of international employees, improves interaction with colleagues and promotes a good working atmosphere and the well-being of employees. The language course aims for international employees who wish to do so can eventually achieve the final goal of B1 within the Common European Framework of Reference (the required level in accordance with the new Civic Integration Act 2021). The language courses are organized and given at the Lightyear location in Helmond.
