STE Languages has developed a new course, “Dipping into Dutch Language and Culture”, and will soon launch this product with TMC. Many new colleagues are hired at TMC from all over the world, in the conversations with the employees it emerged that the integration of language, but especially culture, can sometimes cause discomfort. Because the happiness factor is very important at TMC, TMC and STE have joined forces to streamline this process by means of the “Dipping into Dutch Language and Culture” course. The product will  introduce international employees to the Netherlands and the Dutch language. The aim of this course is not to increase level within the framework of the European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for languages, but is an initial introduction to the alphabet, grammar and vocabulary. In addition, we will introduce students to the most important characteristics of Dutch heritage and the idiosyncrasies of our culture.
