STE Languages has been a successful and leading language training institute for over 30 years. With over 80 employees, we offer training in more than 20 languages, individually or in groups, intensively or more spread out, in-company nationwide, on location at STE, or online. In the Dutch department, approximately 30 part-time language trainers are employed.

Due to growth in the business and private markets, we are eager to connect with freelance NT2 language trainers throughout the Netherlands.

Who are we looking for? We are seeking language trainers with demonstrable experience in teaching adults at all levels: beginners, advanced, and highly advanced. You should be able to differentiate and respond to the needs of individual students in a group. Experience with language in the workplace is an advantage.

Dutch is your native language, and you have a teaching qualification in Dutch (possibly Pabo) or another language, preferably supplemented with NT2 teacher certification or Certificate Competent Teacher in NT2 (bvNT2). You possess excellent communication and didactic skills. You are representative and professional in appearance and conduct. Naturally, you have an interest in human and cultural diversity and are creative, inspiring, and flexible.

What do we offer? At STE Languages, professionalism and quality are paramount. Therefore, we work with small groups of a maximum of 10 students. Freelancers receive good support from the organization in terms of planning, administration, and ICT. Additionally, we offer a pleasant working environment and a competitive remuneration.
