When STE had to go online (and did so incredibly quickly)March 2020. The world went into lockdown due to the coronavirus epidemic. At STE Languages, as well, all classes had to be cancelled in one fell swoop. But give up? No way!

Within 10 days, STE had switched completely from face-to-face to online training. "Never waste a good crisis" was very applicable. Our team proved decisive and persevered: from IT to planning, from trainers to management. Planner Jenny Stolze travelled the country to help teachers with the right equipment, and it worked. Our classes continued as usual!

In a short timeframe, we also implemented a new course administration system based on Microsoft. We were very apprehensive about that, but it freed up a lot of energy to manage this complex project successfully.

The experience of lockdown made STE energetic and digitally resilient. Today, we still offer online training – both domestically and internationally, but our in-person courses are also popular again!
