We’ve just wrapped up a dynamic and high-energy English training at the BMW Van Hooff dealership, and what a fantastic journey it has been!

Over the past weeks, participants from different departments came together to build their confidence and communication skills in English, with a strong focus on real-life dealership situations. From BMW-specific terminology, Neue Klasse model and special features to client conversations, emails and phone calls, every session was designed to be practical, relevant, and immediately applicable on the job.
