STE Languages and Language Plaza will collaborate in the field of Chinese language and culture training for the Dutch market. The aim is to become the most important and largest provider of Chinese language and culture training in the Netherlands. China is one of the Netherlands' largest trading partners; Dutch companies imported €44.6 billion in goods from China in 2020. Doing business in China takes a long time. Due to the language barrier, many Dutch entrepreneurs find it difficult to communicate with their Chinese counterparts. Few Chinese are fluent in English and good preparation for trading activities is very important. STE Languages and Language Plaza will, therefore, jointly offer various training courses and workshops aimed at entrepreneurs and businesspeople who have frequent contact with the Chinese. Training courses that we will be offering include language coaching in business Chinese (individual), group training in business Chinese and workshops in the field of language and culture. The training will be offered directly through STE Languages and Language Plaza, and also through the International Business Academy (IBA, https://academy.nlinbusiness.com)
