STE Languages has developed Cross Cultural Management training in collaboration with Notenboom Business School. This course focuses on the most distinctive aspect in organisations: culture. This course allows you to discover what the culture is in your organisation and provides insight into the steps you need to take to successfully recognise, understand and influence the culture within your organisation.

The training courses are given at STE Languages and the lessons are face-to-face or online. The course is an interactive skills and knowledge-related course with various didactic work formats such as role plays, presentations, discussions and tests.
