STE Languages has developed Cross Cultural Management training in collaboration with Notenboom Business School. This course focuses on the most distinctive aspect in organisations: culture. This course allows you to discover what the culture is in your organisation and provides insight into the steps you need to take to successfully recognise, understand and influence the culture within your organisation. The training courses are given at STE Languages and the lessons are face-to-face or online. The course is an interactive skills and knowledge-related course with various didactic teaching methods such as role plays, presentations, discussions and tests. Kishore Kumar (26) moved from India to the Netherlands. Initially only for his studies, but he decided to stay. He has never regretted that choice. Learning Dutch was a logical choice for Kishore and that brought him to STE. A colleague once said to me: ‘why don't you come to work by bike? It's only 25 kilometers!’ You would never say that in India. Syncreon is an international logistics organization with more than 15,000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide. Syncreon also has several warehouses in the Netherlands. For the Amsterdam location, the company provides Dutch language training for all employees who do not speak Dutch. The lessons wil be given by STE Languages. The aim of the language training is to develop the skills of speaking, listening, writing and reading up to language level B1. Good command of the Dutch language leads to better communication, more effective collaboration and a more pleasant working environment. Our Open Enrolments Dutch have started from 25th of October 2022. These courses allow you to attend language training in group sizes of a maximum of 10 students, either online or face-to-face and aim to increase the Dutch language levels of participants.
