From 10th July, STE Languages will provide language training for Yacht. Yacht, like Tempo-Team and Randstad, is part of the Randstad Group. For over a year STE language courses have been available to Tempo-Team and Randstad flex-workers, and are now accessible to Yacht employees. The language courses are being offered through the training intermediary Opleiding.nl (Yacht Academy). Training.nl is an initiative from the largest work-related educators in the Netherlands which represents more than 15,000 organizations. Each year, these trainers train about 200,000 employees. Flex-workers and professionals can book and manage their own training via Opleiding.nl, with the result that they have personal control over their individual development.
