Over the past few months, 4 Randstad employees have worked hard to master the Dutch language, and what a success story that is!

We set up language training in collaboration with Royal Auping. Training is aimed at Auping employees who had little or no command of the Dutch language. The teacher, Roos Seleky, worked to teach the participants the basics, with a particular focus on spoken communication in the workplace.

In a final presentation, we were able to hear what all participants can do and how they have developed. In particular, we saw how their self-confidence has increased and how well they can already speak Dutch. We are very proud that they all realised their goals.
