This year, the IamExpat Fair took place in Eindhoven for the first time.

Expats are true global citizens but even here in the Netherlands, there are always new things to discover. Whether you've just arrived or have been living here for a while, life as an international is full of questions: Where can you find a nice house? A good school for your children? A good MBA programme? A reliable accountant? Or just the right words to strike up a conversation with your Dutch neighbours?

All of this was brought together at the IamExpat Fair, the place where internationals in the Netherlands meet, share experiences, and get useful tips about living and working here.

Our stand was well attended by expats from diverse backgrounds and interests. Several people also attended our interactive "Social Dutch" workshop, where we delved into everyday Dutch: funny expressions, useful words, and ways to connect with locals more easily. We look back on a successful day full of valuable encounters and inspiring conversations.
