In addition to all the hard work in our classrooms, there is also time to organize fun activities at STE Languages. Last week, some of our students paid a visit to the Van Abbemuseum. One of our students is a assistent-curator at the Van Abbemuseum and suggested that they have a guided tour in Dutch. The teacher thought this was an excellent initiative; in this way Dutch would be spoken in an authentic, interactive way. In addition, the students could also gain knowledge about modern and contemporary art, and view one of Eindhoven’s attractions. At the end of the tour, the students had a nice coffee on the terrace and chatted in Dutch about the fun afternoon. At STE Languages we are always open to this sort of great idea from our students.
