STE Languages has been a leading language institute in the Netherlands for nearly 30 years. We offer language training in more than 20 languages, either individually or in groups, intensively or over an extended period, in-company, online, or on location at STE Languages. Our trainers are experienced, qualified, and native speakers. Our training programmes are highly rated by our clients and partners, with STE Languages achieving a 96.3% score for good to excellent service in the independent Cedeo survey conducted in 2023. Each year, STE Languages provides language training to approximately 5,000 internationals, expats, civic integration participants, and labour migrants.

Due to STE Languages continuous growth of STE Languages and an increasing demand for high-quality English language training, we are expanding our team of trainers. More and more companies recognise the value of investing in their employees' language skills to improve workplace communication and international collaboration. To meet this demand, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic trainer who can deliver engaging, effective, and tailored language training to professionals across various industries.

What do the responsibilities entail?
- Delivering technical English & Language for Specific Purposes (LSP) training;
- The main focus of this trainer’s role will be delivering beginner-level workplace in-company (IC) courses, with a focus on A0-A2+ levels and potentially mixed-level groups;
- Providing engaging and effective lessons tailored to adult learners;
- Adapting teaching methods to suit both individual and group needs;
- Supporting learners in improving their professional and workplace communication skills;
- Travelling to company locations for in-person training sessions.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a qualified English language trainer/teacher with proven experience in teaching adults at all levels, beginner, intermediate, and advanced, in both group and individual settings. You should have experience with in-company training, meaning you have provided language courses on-site at client locations. Additionally, you can quickly identify and respond to the needs of individuals within a group.

English is your native language. Near-native is also possible if you meet all the above criteria. You have excellent communication and didactic skills and maintain a professional appearance and approach. Moreover, you are passionate about working with people, appreciate cultural diversity, and are creative and flexible.
