Who are we?
STE Languages has been a leading language institute in the Netherlands for over 25 years. We provide language training in more than 20 languages, individually or in groups, intensive or spread out, in-company, online, or at STE Languages' location. Our teachers are experienced, qualified, and native speakers. Our training programs are highly appreciated by our clients and partners, as evidenced by STE Languages achieving a score of 96.3% for good to very good service in the independent 2023 Cedeo survey. STE Languages annually provides language training for approximately 4,500 international/expat clients, newcomers, and migrant workers.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic team members to strengthen our evening shift. These individuals play a crucial role in preparing teaching materials, performing light administrative tasks, ensuring our lesson locations look pristine, and always having fresh coffee available, creating an optimal environment for student concentration. The evening shift team ensures a smooth flow during evening hours, maintaining an optimal learning environment, and ensuring that students enjoy their experience. Responsibilities:
· Warmly welcoming students with a friendly smile
· Professionally addressing any student inquiries
· Maintaining a well-stocked coffee corner and other supplies
· Managing classrooms, including maintaining and cleaning the optimal learning environment
· Preparing teaching materials, including packing books, readers, and folders
· Checking schedules and communicating any changes
· Processing enrollment forms from new students
·  Managing and checking incoming mail, and if necessary, taking packages to the post office
   replenishing office supplies such as printer paper, etc.

Requirements:
· Enjoyment from interacting with people
· Projecting professionalism and feeling comfortable in an informal, business setting
· Flexible mindset and service-oriented approach
· Ability to quickly adapt and remain stress-resistant
· Proficiency in both spoken and written English
· Currently pursuing an MBO, HBO, or university education
· Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
